Samples and Ordering
All our ranges are handmade to order and include: Save the Date, Wedding Invitations, Evening Invitations, R.S.V.Ps, Thank You, Order of Service, Menu, Table Numbers, Place Cards, Favours and Table Plans. Because of this we can offer complete flexibility with our ranges - be it changes to colours or size and shape of our stationery items - if you can't see exactly what you want, just ask!
Samples are available on request. If you are happy with your sample and wish to place an order, a deposit of 50% will be payable before work can commence. You can pay via Cheque or Online Banking / bank transfer. Electronic proof(s) will be sent to you for approval of your inserts (if applicable). Once confirmation of the proof(s) is received and your deposit has cleared, your order will be prepared. The final balance (remaining 50%) is due on order completion (or first part of order completion whichever is sooner). Once this is received, your order will be dispatched via the delivery option you have choosen.

Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 weeks of final proof sign-off. If you require a quicker turn around please contact me. Delivery charges are based on size of your order and are sent by either Next Day Special Delivery or Standard Parcel. You will be advised of postage charges with your order quote.
Cancellations
A full refund can be obtained if your order is cancelled before final proof sign off. Once the proofs have been approved and your order has commenced, you are liable for the full order price and the order may not be cancelled.
Refunds
At Embleton Cards we are proud of our reputation and high quality products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately stating your reasons. Replacements or refunds can not be supplied for any errors which have arisen after sign off of your final proof(s) unless the mistake was made by ourselves. Should this be the case, we will replace the flawed items or offer a full refund. In the case of a refund, your order must be returned in full.
